We'd like to lease your property!
When people visit your property they want to experience what it's like to be a local. We give them that experience by providing all the amenities and services of a hotel, but through privately owned properties, like yours.
If your property is selected for our program, we will provide you with the consistent, long-term rental income you've come to expect. Here are some questions you may be considering....
Who would be visiting my property?
Each of our guests are prescreened for identification, are pet free, non-smokers, and typically stay for 1-6 nights. After each visit your property is thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards by our professional cleaning company, at no cost to you.
Would this require extra work for me?
Sit back and relax, we handle it all, there's no additional management for you at any time. Also, we're happy to provide you with references, if needed.
What's the cost? What's the catch?
There is no fee or cost to you at anytime. Once again we sign a lease and provide you with a security deposit, you can enjoy all the following, on us!
